Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Domestic orders over $100 USD ship free. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Upon rare occasion, if there is any delay in processing due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, the customer will be notified of such delays and will receive updated information regarding their order status.Â
Local delivery
We do not offer local pickup or delivery options at this time.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping! Our shipping rates are automatically calculated based off of DHL rates. International orders over $150 USD have automatic free shipping. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Upon rare occasion, if there is any delay in processing due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, the customer will be notified of such delays and will receive updated information regarding their order status.Â
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyer is responsible for paying any customs and import taxes that may apply. Not responsible for delays due to customs.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@sofunki.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
