AT THIS TIME ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS!
There is a 15 day period after the item has been delivered for the customer to reach out with issues or defects.
Please double check your order size, amount, and shipping address before placing your order.Â
Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For issues concerning damaged products or manufacturing errors, please contact via email within 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY for a replacement or store credit. Anything returned after the 15-day return period will not be eligible for a replacement or credit. There is no cash/money back option available for return.
Each print is made to order. Order issues due to incorrect sizing, change of mind or incorrect recipient shipping address will not be supported.​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at funkifam@gmail.com. We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
There will be NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS, only store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know how to access your store credit. Â
​Return to sender
If your package shows it was returned to sender, please contact us at funkifam@gmail.com with your name and order number. ​
Once we've received your message and returned package in the mail, you can repurchase a new shipping label with the correct address and we will send it back to you!
